Our one bedroom apartments are decorated in a contemporary style with high ceilings and large Georgian sash windows.
They offer a spacious open plan kitchen and living room with a 42” flat screen Samsung smart TV and Blu-ray player.
The dining table accommodates two to four people.
The bathroom is fully tiled with underfloor heating and either has a bath with a thermostatic shower over it or a large walk in shower room.
The bedrooms are south-facing and benefit from built in wardrobes and an additional 22” flat screen Samsung smart TV.
Fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, saucepans, utensils, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hair dryer, fan, seating area, dining table, underfloor heating, soundproofing, built-in wardrobes, bath and shower.

We have two slightly different layouts of 1 bedroom apartment; The main difference is that the ‘Type 2’ apartment has a shower room rather than a bath with thermostatic shower above.
